Please read the following terms and conditions carefully these are applicable to all users and all purchases made from this website.
These terms are subject to change at any time and it is advisable you should check them before making any new purchase. We have tried to lay them out as simply as possible, you may find it useful to print a copy for your reference.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Payment

Different ways to pay:

1. Debit Card - No surcharge.
2. Credit Card - No surcharge. The watch must be despatched to the billing address of the card
3. Cash - In accordance with money laundering regulations, we can accept cash payment up to and not exceeding £2750.00.
4. Cheque - Payable to Lingray Watches of Distinction. Funds must clear before the watch is released.
5. Bankers Draft - Payable to Lingray Watches of Distinction. All drafts will be authenticated by our bank before the watch is released.
6. Bank Transfer - Please contact us for our bank account details.

Personal Information

To process any card payments we will typically need the following information:

1. Cardholder's name
2. Cardholder's date of birth
3. Type of card
4. Card number
5. Card expiry date
6. Card issue date
7. The full billing address of your card
8. The last three digits from the code on the back of your card

Anti-Fraud Prevention

• All credit card & debit card orders will be checked to verify the billing address matches with the bank.
• Every fraud attempt will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• We record every detail regarding the transaction including your IP/MAC address of your PC.

Warranty/Guarantee

All watches purchased from Lingray Watches of Distinction are covered by their respective manufacturers' 2 year warranty, which is backed up by our own company warranty, so if any problems should arise, they will be fixed within the warranty period without any hassle whatsoever and we pride ourselves on the highly respected level of service we provide in this regard. All warranties cover malfunctions due to manufacturing & material defects, battery replacement & water resistance under regular use within the manufacturer's specifications. The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear & tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations & damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. The warranty covers all parts and labour or replacement of the watch within the warranty period.

All watches purchased from Lingray Watches of Distinction are guaranteed 100% genuine and brand new. They are supplied with the warranty paperwork, cards, instruction manuals, serial numbers, in original condition with all boxes, and everything else you would receive if you purchased the watch through a High Street Store. We offer genuine brand name watches at substantial discounts to the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Because of our discounted pricing, we have decided not to become "Authorised Dealers"; as defined by the manufacturer, which means that we are not restricted to sell at the manufacturer's retail price when selling online, and can pass on our fabulous discounts to you our valued customers. All of our watches are genuine and authentic and all watches are brand new and unworn. We buy all our watches through authorised dealers and distributors and other established lines of distribution within the watch industry.

Battery Life: For quartz battery watches we will offer a free battery change up to 12 months from date of purchase. Any battery changes required after 12 months will be done at customers cost.

Collection

Watches can be collected by prior arrangement from our office. Without an appointment, watches will not be available for collection. ID will also be required.

Complaints

If you should feel the need to make a complaint for whatever reason we would appreciate if you could email or phone us. Your complaint will be taken seriously, we will investigate and will do the utmost to rectify any problem, while keeping you informed of the outcome.

Definition of Terms

We endeavour to describe all our watches accurately so you know exactly what you are buying. All pictures of watches shown have been taken by ourselves or our associates. Lingray Watches of distinction is not affiliated with any watch manufacturers shown. The names, trademarks, designs, logos etc. and all intellectual property rights of the brands listed are the exclusive property of their respective owners. We take great pride in our service and all our items are guaranteed 100% authentic, brand new and unworn, boxed and are all hand checked before being posted.

Pricing

Our pricing system is based on the manufacturer's recommended retail price. As manufacturers reserve the right to alter the RRP products without notice we must also reserve that right.

Lingray watches of Distinction make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website. We shall not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind, including without limitation special or consequential damages, arising out of your access to, or inability to access, this site.
