Just wanted to express my thanks to Lingray Watches for the wonderful watch that I recieved as a birthday present from my family. I found the customer service truly excellent, which you do not come to expect when making purchases online. In my case, my family had mistakely ordered the model next to the one I actually wanted, and I had feared that making an exchange would be a big ordeal (like some other websites). However after a quick phone call to customer service to explain, I received the exchange watch the very next day. Big thank you to Lindsay for being so friendly and explaining the proceedure. I will DEFINATELY be recommending Lingray to anyone who asks me... and I have even spotted another watch that I will probably buy from Lingray later this year!
