If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your decision to purchase your watch you may request to exchange/refund the item within 7 working days starting the day after receipt of your purchase, as defined by the Distance Selling Regulations. (please see below for assistance and return details).
- You are entitled to return the item for full refund in the following circumstances:
- If the item ordered is not the item delivered
- If the item is faulty or damaged in any way when delivered
- If the watch does not fall into one of the above categories and you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we also offer a no quibble refund policy subject to you contacting us within 7 working days of receipt (please see section c for refunds authorisation request).
- Returns/Refund authorisations (for refund or exchange) in order to comply with the Distance Selling Regulations must be requested in writing or by email to our customer services department. You may call us to inform us on 01530 888 450, but actionable instructions must be made in writing or via email; a refund authorisation document can be requested on our contact us page. A phone call is not acceptable as a notification of cancellation of a contract. We will then e-mail or post to you a returns form, which you should complete and return with the goods. Goods that are to be returned should reach us within 7 working days of receipt of your returns form. Any returns or exchanges falling outside these terms may be refused.
- We request that the watch is returned with all the original packaging, labelling and documents. Please note that once the watch has been worn then the watch is deemed to have been received in full working order. In the unlikely event that the watch then develops a fault this will fall outside of the refund/ exchange policy and a repair under warranty will be necessary.
- Please note that returns and exchanges must be in new, unused and unworn condition. The watch will be checked for any indication that the watch has been worn or used in any manner. This include scratches, smudges, chips, dents or dirt, removal of links and other such signs of use.
- A reverse transaction (refund) request may take 7-10 business days. However, depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 28 days for the credit to show on your account.
- Specially ordered watches cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty or not as described). Where a watch has to be ordered in response to a customer's order, the watch will have been registered in the customer's name prior to delivery. This represents an exemption to the Distance Selling Regulations. If you agree to proceed and we order the watch, please be aware you lose the 7-day right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations.
The customer is liable for all return postage costs unless this is agreed in some durable form by a Lingray Watches of Distinction representative. We highly recommend you ship your watch prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via a trackable carrier, such as Royal Mail, to our returns centre in the UK:

As the postage charges were free on your initial purchase due to our free delivery offer in the UK, there would be an additional £8 delivery fee to pay to cover the cost of sending out your replacement/exchange watch.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled will still be subject to the refund and exchange policy, unless cancelled by 5pm on the date of the order, whereby all costs and charges will be refunded in full.
